Care instructions
For all custom printed shoes, please follow these guidelines: To maintain and clean, use warm water with dish soap to clean off any dirt spots. It’s not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard-to-clean spots, use a soft-bristled brush.
What if I have a wide foot?
These shoes fit true to size for most people. For wider feet, sizing up by half a size is recommended for a more comfortable fit.
Can I request custom and personalized orders?
Want a different color, a name added, or something completely your own? Just ask! Many products can be customized—even if it’s not mentioned in the listing. I can change colors, add names or text, modify an existing design, or create something completely new.
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If, for some reason, you do not receive your order or it is damaged, please contact me through email at fashionfuzionapparel@gmail.com and I will make sure we get the issue resolved.
How long is delivery time?
For apparel, it is usually within 7 to 10 days. For shoes, it does take a little longer so please anticipate a 14 to 18 day processing and delivery time. If you need something sooner, please send me a message.
